Becoming a MYM ambassador

Know some creators who could sell their content on MYM? The ambassador programme lets you sign them up with your own link and earn a share of their sales. Here’s what MYM says about it, and what it leaves out.

How it works

You introduce creators to MYM and send them your personal affiliate link.

What MYM offers

10% of the revenue generated by the content sales of each creator you sign up.

Where to sign up

On the ‘MYM for ambassadors’ website, at ambassadors.mym.fans.

How the programme works

For MYM, an ambassador is a user who refers a creator, or another ambassador, using a referral link. You sign up at ambassadors.mym.fans/app/register. The programme’s rules are set out in MYM’s general referral terms (the ‘Conditions Générales de Parrainage’).

On the programme’s page, which is only available in French, MYM sums it up in a single sentence: ‘When you sign up a creator to MYM, you receive 10% of the revenue generated by their content sales’ (our translation). Your role, then, is to introduce MYM and send your personal affiliate link to the creators in your network.

Who the programme is for

MYM casts its net wide: models, photographers, influencers, coaches (including life, nutrition and dating coaches), gamers, cooks, artists, musicians, dancers, designers, entrepreneurs, journalists, athletes, trainers, teachers and video makers. In short, anyone who knows creators who could make money from their content.

You can be an ambassador and a creator at the same time: MYM’s terms limit everyone to a single account, except for people who are also a creator or an ambassador. So if you’re already a MYM creator, you can refer other creators alongside your own activity. Not a creator yet? Our guide to creating your creator account walks you through every step.

What MYM doesn’t spell out

The programme’s page is short. It doesn’t say whether the 10% comes out of the creator’s share or MYM’s, or for how long you receive it. Those points fall under the general referral terms: read them before you sign up, and ask MYM’s support team (support@mym.fans) if anything is unclear.

Referring without damaging your reputation

A good ambassador doesn’t promise earnings to the creators they refer: nobody can guarantee what a creator will make. Explain honestly how MYM works, point people to information they can check, and make it clear that your link is an affiliate link. To introduce the platform, you can draw on our MYM creator guide, our guide to making money on MYM and our comparison MYM vs OnlyFans.

Transparency: this guide is an ambassador too

The buttons on mymforcreators.fans that take you to sign up on MYM use our own ambassador link. If you sign up as a creator through them, we may therefore receive a share of your sales, under the programme’s terms. You’re free to sign up directly on MYM’s website instead, without going through our buttons.

Common questions

The ambassador programme: your questions.

MYM says you receive 10% of the revenue generated by the content sales of each creator you sign up. So the amount depends entirely on what the creators you refer sell: no income is guaranteed.

No. The programme is open to any user who refers creators. A creator can also become an ambassador: it’s one of the exceptions to the one-account-per-person rule.

On the ‘MYM for ambassadors’ website, at ambassadors.mym.fans, then ‘Inscription’ (sign up). The page is in French.

Yes. Under MYM’s terms, an ambassador refers a creator or another ambassador using their referral link.
