How to log in to your MYM creator account

Getting back into your MYM account starts with going through the right website. Here’s where to log in, what to do when it won’t let you in, and how to keep your account secure.

Where to log in to MYM

MYM has two front doors:

  • For creators: the official ‘MYM for creators’ website, at creators.mym.fans. The ‘log in’ link is at the top of the page.
  • For fans: the mym.fans website.

You log in with the email address and password you chose when you signed up. To steer clear of fake login pages, type the address in yourself or use a bookmark, rather than a link someone has sent you in a message. No account yet? Follow our guide to creating your creator account.

The steps

Logging in, in three steps

Go to the right website

Creators: creators.mym.fans, then ‘log in’. Fans: mym.fans. Both work in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone.

Enter your login details

Your email address, then your password. If MYM replies ‘This account does not exist or the password is incorrect.’, first check that you’re using the same address you signed up with.

Enter the code sent by SMS

If you’ve turned on two-factor authentication, MYM texts you a code, which you enter to finish logging in. If it doesn’t arrive, you can ask for a new one after a short wait.

Can’t get in?

The most common login problems

  • Forgotten password: click ‘Forgot password?’ and enter the email address linked to your account to reset it.
  • Too many attempts: MYM blocks logging in for a while. You can try again after 10 minutes.
  • No SMS code: use ‘Resend code’ to get a new one, and check your spam or blocked messages.
  • New email address: you can change it in the ‘Login and Security’ section of your account.
  • Still stuck: write to MYM’s support team at support@mym.fans. MYM says its support is available 7 days a week, with a human reply within 24 hours.

Keeping your account safe

Your login details are strictly personal. MYM’s terms are clear: anything done from your account is presumed to have been done by you. If an agency handles part of your account, your messages for example, it must be declared to MYM, and you remain responsible for everything that happens on it.

Each person may only have one account, with an exception for anyone who is also a creator or an ambassador: so you can keep your fan account and open a creator account as well.
